Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us at thevolerstudio@gmail.com immediately (within 1 day) with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes! During checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized message. Your note will be printed on a complimentary greeting card and shipped with your order. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your shipping destination. We offer free US Shipping on all orders over $100


How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times are typically:

  • Domestic (US/Canada): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What should I do if my tracking shows 'Delivered,' but I haven't received it?

Please first check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package after 2 business days, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue persists, contact us info@volerstudio.com

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused items in their original packaging, starting from the date of delivery. Personalized items or items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
